Local-first architecture
The desktop app, your database, and local AI all run on your machine. The backend never opens a public-facing port.
Human approval on sensitive actions
The AI never mutates orders, customers, or inventory directly — sensitive changes are always a reviewable proposal.
Verified product data, not AI guesses
Price, stock, and policy come from your catalogue. The AI is not allowed to invent them.
Provider API boundaries
Each messaging channel connects through that platform's own official APIs, within the permissions that platform grants.
