Privacy Policy (draft)
What this policy will need to cover
- What data KRAM Desktop stores locally versus what, if anything, is transmitted off-device
- How messaging-channel data (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok) is handled once each is live
- How Founder Beta lead-form submissions are stored and used
- Data retention, deletion, and export rights for business owners and their customers
- Sub-processors, including any hosted gateway or cloud AI provider, once live
- Contact details for privacy requests
Current honest baseline
By default, product, customer, and order data lives on the device running KRAM Desktop. Data only leaves the device when a messaging channel is connected (through that platform’s own systems) or a hosted feature is explicitly used. No EXZELO-hosted cloud service is publicly live today.
